- The main colour scheme is blue; this is a very bright colour. This helps to draw the eye of the audience to the poster.
- A slogan is used to the poster, this helps to make the poster more memorable to the audience.
- The name on the poster has been written in graffiti style, this makes the poster look ‘street’ which helps to show the theme of the film.
- The boy who is in the middle of the poster is dressed in different clothes than the others, brighter and whiter, this suggests that he is the main character in the film as that we should focus on him.
- All of the characters are dressed in ‘street’ attire which shows that the film is going to be based around this, and there is not really a theme of professional dance. This would help to attract the audience to the film as they would be interested in this particular genre.
- The characters on the poster are all holding police ‘MOB’ shields, this could suggest that there is possible police trouble in the story line; this shows the audience what is possibly included in the film.
- Lastly, the poster also gives us all the necessary information for the film eg. the release date.
