Magazine Poster Drafts

Before I created my magazine front cover, I made some drafts as a guideline to what I thought would be a good design for my magazine. I wanted a photo of her dancing on the front cover, which could look like it was out of the film, this would help to link the ancillary products with the main trailer. I have placed plugs and coverlines around the page, but keep the page quite plain and not too over the top. 

Film Poster Drafts

When brainstorming for my poster, I came up with a few ideas as to what I wanted my poster to look like. I wanted my main character to feature heavily on the poster, which is why she is biggest in all of the pictures. My final product has ended up being a mixture of these drafts as it focuses just on her, rather than including other characters also. I did this as I thought they may draw the attention away from her and I want her to be the main focus.
